Review:
Blink is a thrilling sci-fi movie which is a  breath of fresh air in the Sandalwood scene.
The movie begins with the audio of famous Kannada writer P Lankesh talking about the problems and beauty of writing in an interview. The movie takes a non linear approach in story telling which requires  all the attention from  the audience and if you blink , you will miss it. The director on his debut venture stands out brilliantly and
keeps the movie engaging.

Blink is a rare combination  of multiple elements like time travel, time loop , kannada folk , literature and  greek drama which results in a nail bitting thriller. Dheekshith Shetty as the main lead hits it out of the park with  such a fine performance.
Chaithra J.Achar , Gopalkrishna Deshpande and other supporting  actors ace their roles perfectly. One of the strengths of the movie is the writing of the story which is pitch perfect. Blink pays a tribute to the Kannada culture, songs, literature and writers through some scenes and songs.
Given the topic of the movie which is complex for a layman to understand. Here the director perfectly blends the indigenous stories with science fiction.

The music is composed by Prasanna Kumar MS which is effectively placed in the movie to depict the emotions of the characters.
It is a film which challenges  the perception of the audience.
about time travel and also keeps them eagerly waiting for the next thing to happen. The only disappointment of the movie is the graphics which could have been better without budget constarints.The producer Ravichandra AJ should be appreciated for believing in this project and encouraging this young mind. Anyone who is a fan of ‘Lucia’ should watch it.

Overall it is one of the best movies in the Sandalwood industry which has left a huge impact on the audience mind.
